The S.I.B.B.A. is dedicated to the improvement of martial arts and their member practitioners.

The S.I.B.B.A. is an educational and professional organization that offers products, seminars, donations, sponsorships, and scholarships to its members throughout the year.

 Master Yong Chin Pak

Master Pak currently instructs the collegiate martial arts program at Iowa State University. A number of his black belts upon graduating from ISU and finding a job have established their own community programs including Master Pilch who founded the Des Moines Hapkido Club. Over 28 branch schools in 6 states are now operating under Master Pak's guidance and direction.

Family Martial Arts Center of Ames

 Also former Master Pak students, Jill Hegland and John Shilkaitis, started their own martial arts center teaching TaeKwonDo, Hapkido, and Systema.
