The 35th Annual Iowa State University Martial Arts Awards Banquet will be held

The evening will begin with a social hour at 5:00 p.m. followed by a buffet-style meal at 6:00 p.m. The
awards program will begin at 7:00 p.m. and a dance will follow the awards presentation.
The cost per
person will be:
11 and over: $20.00
Under 10: $10.00
Reservations must be received by Friday, 28th February, 2010. Reservations received after February
March 1st 2010 will have an additional charge of $2.00 added to each individual dinner reservation
(including kids). Reservations at the door will reflect this late fee.
